Implemented a European Regional Treasury Centre migrating the treasury activity from 16 countries into a single centre in twelve months. The project won an award and is generating annual savings in excess of $5m a year. Streamlined the governance process and combined two workstreams to reduce the implementation costs by $1.2m. Structured the Programme to undertake concurrent deployments in three Regions undertaking an East/West and North/South deployment concurrently the savings are expected to be in excess of $7m per annum and will be completed in 24 months.

Responding to tax change (IPT) incorporated a change into the entire customer facing applications. Re-designed the approach the software used to create a tax model that simplified the tax calculations. As bi-product changed the tax point providing a one off cash flow benefit of £127m.
